This project is aimed at youth who are looking for employment opportunities. While the majority of today’s employers are looking at English communication skills and computer knowledge as basic qualifications for any job, the youngsters in urban slums, remote rural communities and tribal colonies are completely alien to them. This puts them at a disadvantage when seeking well-reputed jobs. In an effort to equip them to compete on par with other youngsters, Anavah Foundation training centres in such communities train them for well-reputed jobs through Spoken English classes and Computer training courses.
Alternatively, for school dropouts, Anavah Foundation collaborates with community colleges and the different organisations, and trains youth in carpentry, electrical work, beauty treatment, fashion designing, nursing, mobile phone repairs and manufacture of paper products etc.
